Allen Maracle is a baroque cellist and music educator currently based in New York City. He completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Fredonia, where he earned bachelor of music degrees in Music Education and Cello Performance, as well as the performer’s certificate. He continued his studies at Boston University, where he earned a master of music degree in historical performance. While in Boston, Allen taught with the Boston Music Project, and El Sistema Somerville. Allen is currently studying for a graduate diploma in historical performance at The Juilliard School. |
