DESCRIPTION:This show is SOLD OUT.\nWorks from J.S. Bach/Weiss, Robert Visée, Silvius Leopold Weiss, and Bernhard Joachim Hagen\n \nWorks for Lute, Lautenwerk, and Violin\nThis concert, subtitled “The Conversation,” explores chamber music: duets and trios for the Baroque Lute.  It also explores the way lute composers adapted their works — reorchestrating solos as ensembles.  One lute duet was converted to a work for violin and lute, while another is performed as a duet for lute and gut-strung harpsichord or Lautenwerk.
